The appeal from 16.12.09 No 1/2867 concerns the principles of the mentioned above Law that vest the Cabinet of Ministers with the authority to define the rate and order of the deductions and charges for the social-economic aid for the citizens inhabiting radiation-control area.
As it was declared in the course of the Committee, implementation of the mentioned above Law first of all enables the implementation of the legislative obligations of the state before the citizens and territorial communities in the part of the social protection problem solution and will facilitate the finance-economic crisis consequences overcoming.
Moreover, the People´s Deputies emphasised that today, delegation of the authority to the Cabinet of Ministers on the Part of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning the mentioned about issues is quite common and is regulated and standardized by numerous legislative acts.
